I love a good green smoothie. They're such a great way of getting an extra serve of greens in during the day! Here are some great addition ideas for green smoothies.

  • Protein powder
  • Coconut water
  • Chia seeds
  • Sweet fruits like mango and pineapple
  • LSA
  • Flaxseed oil
